The candidate should be eager to learn new things, especially fintech business and also be able to provide commercial oriented legal and regulatory advice to our fast-moving business team.

Job’s descriptions 

• Draft, review, revise and negotiate contract and other legal documentation in various perspectives
• Provide legal advice for the company’s business, including providing advice on the regulations of The Bank of Thailand, The Office of Insurance Commission, and The Securities and Exchange Commission
• Provide practical solutions and/or alternatives to address legal concerns in proposed projects/products
• Ensure the company’s full legal and regulatory compliance to the applicable laws and regulations, including PDPA
• Correspond with relevant regulators

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Law from reputable university
• 4-6 years lawyer experience.
• Good contract drafting skills
• Fluent or excellent in both English and Thai
• Eager to learn, open-minded, dynamic and can-do attitude
• Good people skills and be able to work in agile and flexible working environment
• Interest in financial products/services, including insurance.
• Able to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements.
