Control and keep proper database/records of agreements and legal documents in place (both physical and electronic)
Perform stamp duty preparation, including requesting for payments, affixing a physical stamp on required contracts, as well as uploading & tracking stamp payments and records
Manage team expenses, invoices, and reports as needed
Finalize documents for signing, digital signatures, and other legal formality
Handle general clerical duties (e.g., booking meetings & business trips, photocopying, etc.)
Draft letters or other legal templates as requested
Prepare supporting documents for both internal and external parties as requested
Coordinate with other internal teams(e.g., Sales, Finance)relating to document requests, procedure changes, and other projects as necessary
Coordinate with external parties when necessary (e.g., revenue department, messengers)
Perform other relevant tasks as advised
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably in law, communication, business or a related field)
1-3 years of experience in administration or any relevant roles
Research and reporting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good organizational skills, compromising skills, and time-management skills
Detail-oriented, quick learner, and service mindedness
Good attitude, team player, and pleasant personality
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
