• Lead scalable software development projects, from building APIs to the web application backend.
• Define and communicate technical requirements to match end-users requirements.
• Plan and incorporate agile workflow and evaluate the work performed by the team and analyze the impact on the project.
• Setup processes while working in collaboration with other teams (internal or external) to efficiently meet the technical needs of the assigned project.
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Suggest, test, and implement tools and technologies to optimize workflows and quality of development.
• Oversee the documentation of all projects.
• Mentor juniors developers to help achieve goals as well as enhancing their skills.

Experience

• 4 years experience in backend development with companies or startups.
• Develop using PHP or any other backend language in the past projects.
• Involved with the management of Big Data and huge databases.
• Relevant experience as a Team leader.
• Experience working in a SaaS environment.

Skill

• Experiences with SQL / NoSQL is a must.
• Problem-solving and open-minded.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to new technological changes as per project need.
• Understands high-level architectural design and patterns.
• Excellent Communication and English Skills.

Added Advantages

• Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, Vue, Angular, or other front-end languages/frameworks.
• A degree in computer engineering, technology, or mathematics is a plus.
