Job Description
- Supervise 3rd party onsite activities
- Follow up with 3PP personnel to ensure ontime completion of activities
- 3PP Work Order escalation and investigation
- Governance with 3PP
- 3PP Work Order Management
- OLA management
- Incident and change management
Requirements
Education:
- University Diploma/ degree in Business or Engineering / ICT
- 4-5 years’ experience within the Telecom Industry
- Experience in handling customer and 3PP Vendors
- Experience in Managed Service and Network Roll-out services
- Ability to work in stressful environment
- High Focus on delivering on commitment
- Good Communication skills
Work Place : Suntower B Building , Chatuchak BTS Mochit ,MRT Chatuchak
Work Day : Monday - Friday 08.30 AM.-05.30 PM .
Type Work : Contract 1 Year (Probation 4 Months)
