Job Description

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationship to BIG
  • Support LCS Sales with regards to clarification of customer needs, time constraints and technical details, Clarification of complex Project
  • Direct and coordinate all phases of Project Management for assigned Projects, such as Inspection, Maintenance activities, Machine Retrofit/Upgrade and Service Agreements
  • Coordinate and monitor spare part inquires and delivery
  • Responsible for the coordination of the Project incl. resource planning under consideration of available budget
  • Coordinate and support between Customer and Technical Team technical issues until final agreement
  • Review Service or Retrofit proposals with customer, with regards to scope and requirements to ensure clarity on both sites.
  • Secure suitable information flow to all parties relevant for the project
  • Monitor and follow up all concerns/issues related to project Motivation, such as customer satisfaction. If required  initiate necessary steps/actions to conclude/close the Projects successfully.
  • Process Service quotations and maintain resource planning/order in system
  • Continuous update of relevant LCS Tools ( ILG, OSAT etc.)
  • any other relevant task as assigned by the management

Qualifications:    


  • Technical university degree or sound knowledge of engineering acquired through a technical apprenticeship or technician degree
  • 3-5 years experience in spare parts and machinery or upgrade sale
  • Customer-orientated thinking and acting, analytical, systematic, and result-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work in teams and to communicate professionally
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • MS Office and SAP skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • English Language is mandatory
