Job Description

Key Account Manager

Client:     A global company; bearing and seal manufacturing company. The company manufactures and supplies bearings, seals, lubrication and lubrication systems, maintenance products, mechatronics products, power transmission products, condition monitoring systems and related services globally.


  • Lead the complete business development relationship with assigned Key Customer Accounts to achieve the organic growth objectives, including:
    • Manage project coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, leadership and innovative development of opportunities.
  • Leverage company core competencies, relevant contacts, and industry knowledge to develop new product offerings and expand existing product lines.
  • Support customers through problem resolution, product understanding and follow up tasks.
  • Serve in the capacity as a business leader for the organization in line with the Leadership Expectations to ensure success, including:
  • Achieve sales targets supporting the department’s penetration/growth in the market.
  • Collaborate across internal functional departments to close, launch, and maintain new opportunities.
  • Understand and analyze industry trends to develop new markets and sales strategies including eyes on the competition.
  • Become a leader in development of pricing strategies that delivery a balance of maximized profits and sustainable repeat business with Key Accounts.
  • Administer entire sales process identify target customers, push sales and complete sale process to manage OEM Sales.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations both internally and externally.

Requirement: <Must>

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • M/F, Age up to 35 years
  • Automotive experience with 3-5 years. (Key Account, Sales Engineer or related position)
  • English skill for business purpose is preferable, and Japanese skill is advantage.
  • Proven track record of sales growth.
  • Ability to develop sales forecast to a business plan, including business strategies based on OEM.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ability and willingness to communicate, and work with other regions.
  • Proven ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external customers.
  • Proven ability to focus and prioritize task and objectives.
  • Willing to travel; primarily domestic (BKK60% / Rayong40%)

Salary:                Up to THB 80,000 plus other allowances.
