Our client is a leading beverage manufacturer in Thailand. The company has been operating for more than 60 years and is now seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Key Accounting Manager who will be responsible for Hypermarket account (Tesco).
Planning, leading, managing, and controlling the sales planning and demand creation program through the translation of strategic plans into sales strategies to achieve sales plan, product mix and profit objectives.
Conceptualizing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and programs consistent with long-term business objectives.
Leading development and execution of customer marketing plans that deliver on channel & brand strategies, profit/volume plan, market share goals and meet customer objectives.
Working with consumer insights and trade channel teams to help translate brand marketing plans into strategic customer marketing calendar program.
Supporting Category and Insights Teams, creating customer presentations to sell-in big ideas.
Handling sell-in marketing activations and customer growth initiatives to customers.
Seeking opportunities at existing key accounts to improve product/company market share to support market penetration.
Managing customer marketing budgets to maximize impact in the market and ensure a good ROI on the program
Managing all dependent interfaces within the span of control to ensure effective utilization of resources.
Male/Female, aged 30 and above.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related fields.
Minimum of 5-year experience in customer management of key accounts in Hypermarket channels, with a good achievement record.
Must be in the food & beverage or FMCG industry. Experience in both modern trade and traditional trade channels would be a bonus.
Ability to communicate effectively with good problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
Effective relationship building & influencing, open-minded with high commitment & discipline.
Ability to work under pressure & within the limited time frame.
Action and results-oriented, good negotiation skills with a strong personality.
