• Establish strong relationship with new customers & Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Work closely with customers in develop specific sales opportunities and plan specifications to meet their needs.
• Provide a coordinated pre-sales support; negotiate pricing, coordinate product deployment logistics, and post-sales support for successful project deployment.
• Manage the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Analyze the territory/market’s opportunity, track sales and status reports.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and condition.
• Achieve sales targets of company products & services within assigned industry/ account and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging technology , Printing technology or other related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ Sales experience in packaging business.
• Strong background in sales with customer management.
• Outstanding analytical skills with strong knowledge in interpreting test results and drawing conclusions.
• A good track record of achieving and exceeding of targets/ sales performance.
• A professional and cooperative manner with effective working partnership with business partners, subject specialists and staff.
• Good stakeholder management skill and able to handle complexity.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written both in Thai language and English.
