Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented individual who has direct experiences in OES in Automotive parts business to join our Team.

Main purpose of the role

This role is for a national Key Account Manager within the automotive OEM parts sector for one of our main global automotive clients. Based in Bangkok but also will involve travel as required for the role. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales into existing and prospective OEM Key Accounts, with a focus on enhancing our current client partnership and increasing overall incremental sales revenue and profitability. 

Responsibilities:

  • Increase OEM parts sales for existing & new Key Accounts
  • Manage and deliver procuring new Key Accounts from initial discussions through to implementation
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships with key stakeholders at operational and executive level
  • Deliver sales growth through placing new product lines and increasing existing product portfolio
  • Create strong & succinct business plan and deliver back to the client
  • Seek out and develop new sales channels
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets & profitability
  • Agree with the NSC on the Key Accounts to be targeted and develop strategies on how to approach these key accounts
  • Preparation of customer acquisition plan and concrete offering to meet customer needs
  • Key Account stakeholder management with all relevant departments (e.g. senior management, purchasing, marketing, sales, logistics, warehouse, etc.)
Qualifications:

Candidate Specification (essential)

  • Thai Nationality only
  • 4 years’ plus, senior Key Account Manager experience within large automotive parts wholesaler, with unrivalled overall IAM knowledge
  • Ability to increase OEM market share against OES competition
  • Sound understanding and demonstrable record of dealing with national Key Accounts in the IAM.
  • Creative approach to discovering new sales channels
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive parts sector (OEM/OES)
  • Proven track record in sales and target achievement
  • Ability to broker deals at senior stakeholder level
  • Strong communicator in verbal and writing
  • Proven track record of working in a fast moving, client focused environment
  • Well organised - understands how to manage multiple high priority projects
  • Proficient in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to travel

Working hour:   8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
