Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategy to ensure sales objective and profitability
  • Planning, leading, managing, and controlling the sales planning and demand creation program through the translation of strategic plans into sales strategies to achieve sales plan, product mix, and profit objectives.
  • Coordinate with marketing team and trade marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing plan on new product launch, promotion program, in-store merchandising
  • Leading development and execution of customer marketing plans that deliver on channel & brand strategies, profit/volume plan, market share goals, and meet customer objectives.


  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 3-4 years experience in modern trade sales and consumer goods.
  • Know buyers and have a connection with Watson's account would be preferred.
  • Having experience in personal care and cosmetic products.
