Job Description

Job Description:

1. Own top performing accounts under your respective category
2. Manage sellers’ online presence on JD Central to ensure stock, assortment, pricing and performance is growing
3. Manage SKU lifecycle - reduce number of inactive SKUs through stock replenishment
4. Coordinate and manage seller’s promotional calendar. Ensure SKUs are present in promotions (flash sales/ campaigns and etc.)
5. Ensure seller is meeting all the agreed SLAs (lead time, assortment and returns/ cancellations)
6. Prepare regular reports of progress to internal and external stakeholders)
7. Hold monthly sessions with BU to further plan assortment required
8. Host bi-monthly session with sellers to train sellers on new tool and walk through upcoming campaigns
9. Ensure the correct product solutions and services are delivered to sellers in a timely manner


  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 2+ years of experience in retail, eCommerce or category management.
  2. New grads with business background are also welcome
  3. Sales and Marketing experiences with Home Appliances or Consumer Goods or Consumer Electronics would be advantage.
  4. Ability to encourage sellers to reach sales target and other KPIs
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; outgoing personality and proactive in reaching out to others
  6. Strong market analysis skill and ability to clearly analyze operational data, draw conclusion and devise actionable plan for sellers
  7. Quick learner with can-do attitude and strong professional ethics; proactive in solving problems; ability to work under high pressure
  8. Good command of English and Chinese is required
