1. Own top performing accounts under your respective category
2. Manage sellers’ online presence on JD Central to ensure stock, assortment, pricing and performance is growing
3. Manage SKU lifecycle - reduce number of inactive SKUs through stock replenishment
4. Coordinate and manage seller’s promotional calendar. Ensure SKUs are present in promotions (flash sales/ campaigns and etc.)
5. Ensure seller is meeting all the agreed SLAs (lead time, assortment and returns/ cancellations)
6. Prepare regular reports of progress to internal and external stakeholders)
7. Hold monthly sessions with BU to further plan assortment required
8. Host bi-monthly session with sellers to train sellers on new tool and walk through upcoming campaigns
9. Ensure the correct product solutions and services are delivered to sellers in a timely manner
