Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Service aspect
- Achieve sales objectives within product range or assigned customers including monitor product performance versus targets and identify sale trends
- Lead the sales team to achieve their individual and team target by follow up sale forecast and plan itinerary to visit stores or customer in order to present sale activities and new promotions.
2. Marketing aspect
- Develop marketing plan or action plan for assigned products or key accounts
- Drive market share in accordance to the targets; define and maintain the strategic direction of business plan to drive higher business contribution and ensure effective coverage of assigned key accounts.
- Manage promotion planning and Ensure for implement in-store promotions or activities to boost up sales.
3. Coaching and development aspect
- Responsible for leading, coaching and controlling Sales Team or PA/PC girls.
- Set up an appropriate target for each Sales or PA/PC girls.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female,Age not over 32 years
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- At least 2-3 years of experiences in OTC Sales or retail market (Boots and Watsons)
- Heaving direct experience in sales to chain drugstores,modern trade account,department store or hypermarket is preferable
- Strong planning, managerial, and organization skills
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and problem solving skills
- Good personality, outgoing, dynamic, energetic person and able to work under pressure
- Good communication in English
- Computer literacy
