Leading the research and development of new product, product enhancement and redesign product related to domestic strategy. Evaluate the potential and practicality of products in development stage through launch, this will include providing support and technical espertise to internal department. To be a critical facilitatior and chapmpion of the Cargill Innovation System within the Business Unit. This will include working with customers and sales team on identification and management of new product oppoutunities targeted to the domestic market under self-owned Cargill brand. This position will also manage those projects and bring to the the function in order to ensure food safety, increase sales , improve the quality of products and enhane the profitability.
