Job Description

Our client is one of the world's largest electronics manufacturers. They are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Trade Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Providing a supporting role to Trade Marketing by coordinating with all hard and soft-touch point trade campaigns to ensure execution as plan across the organization in IM Team.
  • Liaising with agencies and suppliers in order to execute the campaigns.
  • Being responsible for the marketing budget process (Create PP, PO, EO & other company accounting and financial process).
  • Tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.
  • Collaborating with different departments to complete task assignments.
  • Managing the documents, invoices, and payments with internal and external parties.
  • Supporting marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management/direct supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Extensive 5 years of related experience in sales or marketing support with SAP experience highly preferred.
  • Experience creating and delivering on time and to budget in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work multi-function and time management.
  • High Computer Skill in Microsoft Office (Both Excel & PowerPoint).
  • A good command to fluent in English language skills.
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team,-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Superb attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to grasp complicated processes and navigate a clear pathway relatively quickly.
  • Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Working hours: 5 Days per week Mon – Fri (8.30 AM – 5.30 PM).
  • Outsource by PRTR for 1-year contract and able to extend.
