Job Description

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all sales and service enquiries.
  • Generate quotation and update the business into our CRM Systems (Dynamics 365).
  • Process sales and service order into our ERP Systems (M3).
  • Prepare import and export documentation such as invoice, packing list, transport documents and insurance etc. for the shipment.
  • Liaise with production unit/warehouse/supplier to ensure shipments are delivered on schedule to the customer.
  • Plan and schedule service engineers intervention.
  • Booking and arranging of air ticket, hotel accommodation as well as the pick-up for the engineer.
  • Ensure service tools and equipment are sent to the job site prior to engineer’s arrival.
  • Updating of service utilisation, service working hours and costing for all service jobs.
  • Compute service allowance hours
  • Sourcing/Purchasing of local spares, consumables, uniform and safety shoes etc.
  • Assist in year-end inventory stock taking.
  • Follow up payment (AR).
  • Assist in administrative duties.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.


  • Bachelor or higher in related field
  • Proficient in computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in Thai & English
  • Possess multi-tasking skill, hardworking and a good team player
  • 1-2 years of experience in related field
