Develop and execute the acquisition & retention marketing plan and strategies to acquire leads to sales, drive revenue generation, and maximize ROI.
Design and execute online and offline campaigns to achieve objectives focused on lead generation, digital customer acquisition /adoption, and cross-selling to existing customers which include email marketing, social media, banner ads, and third-party web opt-in leads.
Constantly seek the optimization of marketing spend by channel to maximize return on investment from cost-per-lead and conversion rates.
Direct the vendor management relationship which includes multiple vendors responsible for printing/mailing and lead management, and agencies.
Set quarterly KPI, and track results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to provide insight into sales/revenue targets.
Collaborate with and complement the work of the Marketing Team to ensure the maximum result achievement.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Experience launching and scaling new multi-channel marketing campaigns. In-depth understanding of marketing principles and in-depth knowledge of consumer and direct marketing practices.
