Job Description


THE PRODIGY, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.

Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing accounting reports, expenses and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an Accounting degree and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions

  • Maintaining accounts receivable and account payable files and records (key in data)

  • Maintaining the billing, payment and withholding tax certificate system

  • Generating bill received and account statements

  • Performing bank account reconciliations

  • Make a property registration and record. Calculate depreciation.

  • Prepare report tax, PP 30, PND 1,3, 53,

  • Prepare financial reports, accounting reports and other related reports, summarized monthly and yearly.

  • Coordinate with advisors and auditors.

  • Coordinate with relevant external. To make the work more convenient and smoother.

  • Enter financial transactions into internal database

  • Check spreadsheet for accuracy

  • Review and file payroll documents

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field

  • Female only, Thai nationality

  • At least 2 years’ experience in accounts payable/receivable or general accounting

  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Accounting software)

  • Willing to work in dynamic environment which using multiple skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Positive Attitude

  • Ability to work independent on assigned duties

  • Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meet deadlines
