Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

we are looking for an experienced and skilled recruiter who can execute both active and talent pipeline mapping recruitment including employer branding aspects to promote B.Grimm as employer of choice and attract potential candidates to support company growth. In this position, you will provide strategic and consultative recruiting services to the leadership team by understanding business initiatives and workforce needs for talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a strategic partner with leaders of various businesses to understand current recruitment needs as well as partnering in workforce planning and talent pipeline mapping.
  • Create content and maintain our company branding presence in social media and offline platforms to attract talents into our candidate pipeline. 
  • Work with related internal teams to ensure the Employer Brand both internal and external positioning and communications are aligned with B.Grimm branding and reflects important priorities such as B.Grimm core values, philosophy, and business direction etc.
  • Write candidate profile proposals and recruitment related reports.
  • Maintain a database of candidate, including active and passive candidates.
  • Facilitate and keep the record of probational assessment and onboarding journey of successful candidates.
  • Enhance candidate experience by making sure that every touch point with a candidate is well taken care of with compassion and professionalism.
  • Source candidates using existing platforms and other reliable and efficient sources both online and offline to build a robust candidate pipeline and find best-fit candidates.
  • Pre-screen, interview and assess candidate from sourcing to selection process.
  • Develop job description and job ads in accordance with requirements from line managers.
  • Conduct professional and soft reference checks, as needed.
  • Ensure that the whole recruitment process complies with our company policies.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a recruiter both for a corporate or a recruitment agency.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Has strong business acumen and has commercial sense.
  • Sharp. Has a strong analytical mind with excellent active listening skill.
  • Has strong interpersonal skill to deal with diverse stakeholders in terms of demography and industries.
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing and assessment tools and methods.
  • Some knowledge and skills in employer branding would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
