HR Business Partner based in Bangkok office
HR Shared Services Operations and Payroll Supervisor based in Rayong plant
HR Employee Relations based in Rayong plant
Overview of the HR Business Partner Position
Responsible for being the business partner in term of HR functions; talent acquisition, organization design, talent development, compensation, well-being and compliance of the company.
Develop and communicate and implement the strategic direction of the operations to achieve the business strategies, maintain employees’ morale and build employees’ capabilities.
Support the development, and drive the achievement of the annual strategy taking into account business priorities.
Diagnose and deliver full talent interventions (quality, diversity and depth) against business needs
Succession plans determined and delivered, accountable for final resourcing decisions down to agreed levels, embedding core processes, talent pipelines in place.
Define, communicate and put into effect specific capability requirements for business units.
Developing depth and breadth of Management Capability to build our leadership talent for the future.
Coach the Leadership team ensuring that they are delivering on their purpose and inspiring their teams.
Deliver change programs – deliver continuous organizational and productivity improvements.
Measure organizational health and lead appropriate employee engagement and reward and recognition strategies.
Overview of the HR Shared Services and Payroll Supervisor Position
Lead of THA Satellite Center on Inquiry and Transaction:
Responsible to manage the daily functions HR inquiry preventatives
Interact with employees at various levels and departments within the organization for problem resolution
Work with HR Functional Specialists and COE Specialists to resolve customer issues and concerns
Manage performance of HR Contact Center team members
Ensure the ongoing achievement of department objectives to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA) Recommend and assist in the implementation of business solutions that effectively improve current processes and develop new and viable ways to service customers
Participate in developing the HR Contact Center employees through regular feedback and coaching
Oversee activities related to HR data administration of transactions
Lead of Payroll and C&B Operations:
Manage interface with Payroll activities to ensure smooth processing of all payroll activities included timely submission of change requests, monthly payroll processing/reporting, exceptional payments, provident fund / group insurance etc
Coordinate distribution of all mandatory and required payroll, tax, provident fund
Coordinate provision of all data reporting required
Overview of the HR Employee Relations Position
Provide guideline and advices related with any issues of Employee relations, rules and regulations, legislative requirements on the issue of employment conditions and other concerns.
Conduct investigations which derive from employee complaints/issues, handle disciplinary action and process all required documents, do exit interview and provide recommendations/improvement to People Leaders.
Maintain good relationships with external communities and other related stakeholders.
Control, monitor and update all HR practices & processes to comply with Labor Laws and other related Laws(i.e. PDPA, Persons with Disabilities Empowerment Act, B.E. 2550).
Create positive Employee Experience and lead to higher Employee Engagement. Prepare the related tools or surveys in order to understand employee’s need and plan the related actions to cope with and achieve the improvement.
