Job Description

▪ Ensure Development of Marketing Strategies (Communication/PR/Branding) and adoption of templates of Corporation into the market
▪ Contribute to Formulation of BU Marketing Strategies by Quality Input through Marketing conferences
▪ In the Market recommend and achieve alignment on local marketing & sales strategies to achieve budget goals - in cooperation with Market Manager
▪ Ensure implementation of all marketing strategies - in cooperation with Sales and other related functions
▪ Plan and control the marketing communication budget on yearly and monthly base - in cooperation with Controlling, regional HQ & Market Manager

Brand Building
▪ Understanding the brand needs of the market, ensure the introduction of new brands into Thailand (if needed) in line with BU and corporate guidelines
▪ To work with Market Manager to deploy and execute the right brand strategy into the market

PR & Communication & Sales Promotion Campaigns/Programs to our Sales/Retail Channels
▪ Adapt PR and Communication Content developed by and together with BU into Market
▪ Tailor B2B/B2C marketing programs for relevant sales channels to drive business in conjunction with sales and Market Manager. This include planning and executing "below the lines" activities in the market.
▪ Ensure regular and appropriate communication with all media contacts in accordance with Corporate templates on brand, messaging and contents
▪ Plan and deploy all internet including social media activities of the company in line with Thailand strategy and BU/Corp guidelines
▪ Update general company and industry information to all employees on regular base (internal newsletter, etc.)
▪ Work together with Marketing assistant to plan and execute relevant activities (premiums, events, etc)

Marketing Intelligence
 ▪ Ensure timely and structured market data (relevant macro-/microeconomic data, automotive and tyre related market data and legal) to work out market intelligence including market share competitors
▪ Conduct market survey in regards of: brand funnel, market (mega) trends, customer needs/wants, value perception in comparison of competitors in collaboration with BU marketing and external agency in order to adopt and update value propositions of brand and to retailers and wholesalers
▪ Support Local Market Survey (brand, competitor, retail etc.) and ensure implementation and effective results
▪ Ensure Quality and On-time Exchange of Market Intelligence with BU Marketing
▪To support Market Manager in preparing relevant industry and country database for the Strategy and Budget Presentation 

Product Management
▪ Involvement together with Product Management, Pricing and Sales in defining strategic product roadmap for Thailand  

▪ To ensure all processes including approvals relating to marketing activities are according to internal guidelines (e.g. Compliance Council approval for B2B/B2C campaigns, Purchasing for sourcing of agencies and supplier and relevant Corp Guidelines)
