Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)-(150-250 K) 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing business development, seeking for new business opportunities, focused on driving new business partnerships and project management that are suitable for the company growth, optimize portfolio and deliver synergistic and financial returns.
  • Conducting feasibility study of opportunities and formulating integration strategies with existing business.
  • Responsible for setting and planning strategic partnerships, joint ventures or mergers and acquisitions cost
  • Provide comprehensive recommendations to Management.
  • Provide funding from financial institutions or investors in order to have sufficient cash flow.
  • Manage and ensure the construction projects meet or access the quality of the standard, control and monitor expenses within the specified budget. Including approved the design of the property projects to meet the project objectives.
  • Responsible for driving the revenue for the business.
  • Sourcing for suitable Branded Hotels to manage including managing company assets and coordinating with the juristic person whom managing the project.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor or Master in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Economic or related fields
  • 10 + years of experience in Business Development, Investment Banking or Strategic Planning & Consulting, Finance Service
  • Experience in Real Estate, Property Investment, Hospitalities, Hotel & Resort Management is a plus.
  • Strong Leadership, project management and people Management skills and Result Driven personalities.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and able to get along with all team
  • Excellent initiative and analytical, problem solving skill, good business acumen
  • Good communication in English and Computer literacy.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-(M&A)- (150-250 K)

CFO (M&A) will work closely with the CEO/President and board of directors to evaluate and analyze potential merge and acquisition projects to explore new investment opportunities and provide recommendations on potential returns and risks. This position will play an important role in the company’s economic growth for professional seeking an attractive and challenging career. 

  • Evaluate and consider potential merge and acquisitions projects and demonstrate the value of a new purchase to shareholders
  • Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organization with regards to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
  • Establish and develop relations with senior management, external partners and stakeholders
  • Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company’s plans for growth and expansion
  • Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting data for federal funders, founders, investors and the company’s board of directors
  • Review all formal accounting and supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all databases, systems, and financial software
  • Oversee and review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation
  • Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems
  • Monitor compliance by company employees with established procedures
  • Identify areas of recurrent pressure
  • Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors
  • Manage preparation and support of all external audits
  • Source of funds &Company tax planning
