Job Description

Job Scope
• Creation and maintenance of digital channel and product vision including road map
• Managing and advising internal teams on optimizing product sales through the digital channel
• Active involvement in identifying digital product needs to meet customer needs and product gaps in total product and service offering.
• Developing the process and controlling system between bank & digital partners to ensure that the distributing of any digital products through each channel will be done properly and compliance with bank and BoT rules & regulations.
• Ensures that projects are delivered in time-to-market for the banks digital products and services.
• Supporting the bank in the onboarding and management 3rd party vendors related to the development of the bank’s digital channels

• Master / Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Architectural Design, Cognitive Science or related field
• Broad experience designing compelling consumer products or digital products
• Has a passion and natural ability to define great online customer experiences
• Naturally takes the customer perspective as the starting point of new business planning
• Challenges conventional thinking and ways of working
• Absolute focus on getting results instead of following procedures
• Is demonstrable passionate about digital innovations and digital banking. Knows all the latest developments in this area.
• Has natural ‘good judgment’ when to ’just do it’ and when to ask for permission first
• Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder with all parts of organization
