Job Descriptions:
- To be IT support of specific company depends on project, helpdesk, diagnostic the hardware problem as well as break/fix Support in a scope of Desktop, Laptop/notebook, Installation Hardware/Software, Backup data.
- To be handy for support remote implementer from outside Thailand. Support in scope of server, network
- This requirement is very critical. ISET needs the candidate with good in English and Thai language and communication skills as most projects are global. This position needs to work with foreigners.
- To work from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holiday.
Qualifications:
- Age: 22-35 years
- Gender: Male
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
- Experience 2 - 4 years
- Fresh grads will be considered.
- Has knowledge of Computer Hardware / Infrastructure of a computer.
- Has good communication skill and service mind.
- Good or Fluent in English is a must.
- * Able to travel between sites. The company provides transportation allowance.

The company was founded in 1988 with a fully paid registered capital of 6 million Baht.
As a systems integrator,
the Company has set its objective to provide with the so-called “total system solution” in a variety of information system projects mainly for its clients in Financial and Banking sector of both Private and Governmental Institutions. On other front, the Company will also handle PC business with Groupware solutions including after sales services.
Originally, ISET Engineering was formed in 1988 by a group of veteran who gained practical and commercial experience, know-how over a span of ten more years. They managed sales marketing of reputable turnkey projects mostly including service contracts for nationwide installations. The then clients included the Bangkok Bank, Krungthai Bank, Government Housing Bank, and Government Savings Bank, the projects are Automatic Teller Machine networks, Retail Banking, and Systems some of which are X.25 and Frame Relay networks.
Strategically, the company realized that the life cycle of a modern computer/info system tends to be shorter due to the advancement of new knowledge and technology. To a certain extent, no single brand products can completely fulfill the need and requirements of the customers no matter small or large project. Therefore to be able to offer first class services with proper price/performance to its clients, a combined strength in terms of peopleware, business and technical capabilities, and finance will be required. And that will certainly be of benefit and provide assurance to the clients.
