Job Description

Our client who is a global company of automotive part, they are looking for
IT Service Desk Agent (Year to Year contract)


Responsibilities:
  • Acting as a single point of contact for all company associates regarding IT issues and any other IT-related questions, providing multilingual support.
  • Offering IT technical support via email, phone, and chat to all company associates, by following the current company’s procedures.
  • Set up, configure Windows platform and provide troubleshooting to related problems
  • Maintain helpdesk ticketing system and respond promptly to service issues and requests
  • Maintain real-time help desk reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor IT operations
  • Being responsible for functional competencies: IT troubleshooting, IT customer service experience.
  • Undertake ad-hoc IT tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Service Desk, IT Support.
  • AD knowledge, operating system troubleshooting knowledge, basic network troubleshooting knowledge, basic general troubleshooting knowledge, IT user administration knowledge, SCCM knowledge.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Welcome to the new grad.
