Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct teams to make sure that service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) are in place with both external and internal teams
  • Act as Service Management to manage incident, problem resolution with service desk, end user support team, support vendors
  • Execution of change and enhancement strategy from Infrastructure & Operation Management
  • Monitor and maintain high performing service delivered / third party vendors, including IT Service Desk and Desktop Support.
  • Make sure all team member carry out processes to ITIL standards and follows best practices
  • Owner of incident, support and escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required.
  • Offers innovative solutions that meet clients’ needs while remaining cost effective
  • Take ownership of major incidents to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review
  • Perform root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans. , Work with the team to develop problem management and service improvement plans
  • Manage service vendor(s) to deliver projects, as required by business or follow the IT project plan
  • Make sure that service asset and configuration items are properly controlled, and that accurate and reliable information about these assets is available when needed
  • Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Service Delivery Management with production infrastructure and application support experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in team management
  •  A minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects and programs
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields
  • Experience with infrastructure project delivery
  • Solid experience on IT Service Management lifecycle including Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Operation (Incident, Problem, Change Management), and continual service improvement.
  • Solid knowledge in IT Application Support flows inside retail domain
  • Service Delivery Knowledge working with cloud computing;
  • Solid understanding of Security, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Data Center, Server System, Storage and Cloud technology and an interest in following the trend of technology evolutions
  • Confidence and flexibility to often work under significant pressure to deliver effective and high quality solutions and designs
