Our client is an IT Services Outsourcing and product development to global manufacuturing.

Responsibilities:  

• Understand customer’s business needs and requirement and find ways to provide it for them through focused project solutions
• Study competitors and partnerships and establish company’s value differentiation
• Participation in Business Development & Sales Initiatives
• Responsible for developing and update master plan of implementation e.g. Software implementation, upgrade or special assignment and other development programs
• Manage and control project budget and quality of deliverable
• Building the good experience and relationship with customers by delivering what is promised, particularly in terms of quality and deadlines
• Monitor and report progress status to project team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, IT or related field
• 5-10 years Project management experience in Automotive Dealership business such as Sales, Service, Warranty, Parts, Marketing & Campaign
• Possesses strong knowledge of business process and industry practice in leading domains such as Automotive OEM, Automotive Dealership
• Strong background in customer relationship management system (CRM) and dealership management system (DMS) for Automotive business
• Experience in AGILE project management delivery
• Experience in business requirement analysis, business process design, configuration, system testing, data migration and user training
• Good command in speaking and writing in English
• PMP Certification is preferred but not required
