RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support to recover SAP incident within target recovery cycle time
• Identify SAP problem and drive for root cause analysis to determine permanent resolution to resolve the problem, in order to keep and maintain SAP at the highest performance
• Collect and validate user requirements and manage Change Request (CR) requiring functional change or adjustment
• Manage and coordinate with other SAP functional module specialists and external consultants to derive design specification and perform configuration change for each CR and solution implementation in responsible SAP modules
• Manage UAT test cases and ensure the proper testing of SAP changes in QAS prior to deploying to Production
• Provide updated information to users on SAP changes and related system/ process e.g. development, issues, errors, etc.
• Maintain and update functional module specification document to reflect current configuration
• Proactively support and arrange training to end-users to solve and improve the operational SAP system and related processes
• Analyze and streamline SAP functional to improve business process more efficiently

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in SAP MM, PS, FI-CO Modules
• Having experiences in SAP application develop and deployment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter, achievement driven to identify, propose and improve business process using SAP
• Fast learner with strong analytical, problem solving, and creativity
• Achieve-oriented and high commitment to deliver results
• Good documentation skills, organized, methodical and detail-oriented
