Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze as-is process workflow and/or gather stakeholders’ requirements, using global framework or best practice to identify potential improvement opportunities and define target measurement
- Work closely with business/IT process owners & executors to develop to-be target operating model and detailed process workflow
- Coordinate with various teams/vendors in testing and evaluating for the development of design & its implementation for the best output
- Drive for process activation, ensure process quality, and assess the outcome for continuous improvement
- Plan and drive to implement warranty and support activities
- Plan and drive to implement system automation as required for better efficiency
- Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirement
- Manage related IT project activities and keep track in project management tools
- Manage and coordinate with process owners of related IT project processes to update and control version of process documents in document repositories when required
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT or related fields
- Certification is a plus
- Minimum 2-yr experience in Process Engineering and Improvement
- Experiences in SDLC, ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma is preferable
- Project Management principles, project plan formulation & execution
- Project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Document management tools/repository: Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, etc.
- Experiences in delivery with respect to IT operations or process governance or compliance is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Communication, presentation and training Skills are required
