IT Infrastructure and Security Manager

Role Purpose:

The IT Infrastructure and Security Manager directs and manages core Infrastructure and information security functions, including, but not limited to, the management of information security services and Network and Infrastructure operations, technology and projects. Responsibilities include the oversight and direction of Network, Infrastructure and IT Security to provide subject matter expertise to business, teams and the organization, define technology requirements for various technologies to enable Business growths, perform required information security services and operations, participates in security governance, serve on the incident response team, prepare/maintain various security reports and dashboards, review network security architecture designs, actively participate with business and plays an important role in the effort to secure the information assets of the company from threats to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of such assets.

Key Accountabilities: (Key Responsibility)

• Lead and handle all aspects of IT Network, Infrastructure and IT security of the organization
• Develop and maintain IT Network, Infrastructure and IT security policy and accompany standards, procedures and guidance
• Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s IT Network, Infrastructure and IT security roadmap and plan
• Develop and direct implementation of IT Network, Infrastructure and IT security standards and best practices for the organization in compliance with global policy
• Work with IT Application and security on projects that address identified risks and business security requirements.
• Manage security audits and vulnerability and threat assessments, and directing responses to network or system intrusions
• Provide day-to-day operational support which relates to IT Network, Infrastructure and IT security.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to promote security awareness
• Research the latest IT Network, Infrastructure and IT security trends.
• Reviewing, implementing, updating and documenting companywide information security policies and procedures        
• Work with IT Network, Infrastructure and IT security Team in Headquarter, UK for all IT security matters

Person Specification: (Person profile, education, experience, knowledge/ skill)

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
• A minimum of 5 years of IT experience in IT Network, Infrastructure and IT security in both projects and supports.
• Strong command of English.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders
• A strong understanding of the business impact of security tools, technologies and policies
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to provide guidance for information security team members and IT operations personnel, and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively
• Strong project management skills and experience in creating and managing project plans
• Knowledge of and experience in developing and documenting Network and IT Security architecture and plans, including strategic, tactical and project plans.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze Business requirements and relate them to appropriate IT Network, Infrastructure and IT security controls and supports.
• Experience in system technology security testing (vulnerability scanning and penetration testing).
• Ability to identify needs, take initiative and prioritize work efforts — balancing operational tasks with longer-term strategic IT Network, Infrastructure and IT security efforts
