IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist staff to resolve operation problems. Escalate major issues/risks to Shift Manager.
• Control Planwork execution to ensure that the impacts are as defined in a schedule interruption.
• Response toCorporate customer service requests and complaint from Phones, Email, and Social media channels. Identify customer issues and provide initial information to customer.
• Monitor Corporate service alarms, identify potential cause of problem, and notify a customer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Corporate service requests and incidents such asIoT Solution, Bulks SMS, and Business Platform Solutions (e.g. Vroom, Vwork) based on the standard Work Instruction and Procedure Manual.
• Dispatch tickets to related teamsto resolve customer incidents such as NMC, RNSO (Field Engineers),IoT TDG, and other service providers.
• Control customer tickets (Create, Update and Close) to meet defined SLA and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Study and practice to refresh and improve both technical and soft skills to be ble to meet the required work standard.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, Conputor Science or related field.
• The most appropriate level of experience for this position is 0 to 3 years plus the education listed above.
  
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Has knowledge in Data communication Network, Mobile Network, GSM, 3G,4G, Wireless Data Service, IT System and Application Support, Operatingsystem (Windows, UNIX, Linux).
• Experienced in programing (PHP,APACHE, SQL, API, XML, java-script).
• Database management with SQL and Comfortable query.
• Network Traffic Management.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making.
