Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job junctions include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop reports and dashboards using various technologies (i.e. Microsoft Power BI, Analysis services, or Tableau) to allow internal terms (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Category Teams) and Senior Management to understand issues and identify actions to be taken to solve this action.
- Analyst and report data finding from disparate systems and generate reports to find and identify new and insightful ways to enhance the customer experience using your data-driven insights.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to improve related systems and known issues
- Build models and perform predictive analytics for customer engagement, lead sourcing customer segmentation, cross-sell recommendations, win-loss analytics etc.
- Review insights to provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Category teams) and understand and meet their analytics on a continual basis.
Position Specification Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistic, Computer Science or related field
- Has at least 2 years working experience in BI or Data Science.
- Experience in using SQL to analyst data in a database or data warehouse and be able to use a major programming (e.g. JAVA/ C) and/ or a script language (Perl, Unix Shell) to process data for modeling
- Basic data modelling and fundamental core database concepts
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power Bi and Tableau
- Has part experience working with business function (e.g. Sales, marketing and Finance) within a company and/ or customer
- Has good management skills and teamwork
- Has good spoken and written command in English
