Job Description:

-     Collect and Analyze business requirements

-     Develop business requirement document

-     Identify IT requirements and IT solutions

-     Facilitates business users & vendors in decision making and problem resolutions

-     Manage user acceptance and Manage project transition to operations

-     Work on behalf of CP ALL IT management team

Qualification:

-     Bachelor/Master degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology or related field

-     0 - 3 years working experience in business analyst job role (Welcome new graduation)

-     Experience in software development project by SDLC or Agile methodology

-     English language proficiency (speaking and writing) is a plus

-     Have strong experience in Retail or Convenience Store business

-     Experience in Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus

-     Experience in E-Commerce business and OMNI Channel project is a plus
