Qualifications :

• Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting , Business Administration
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Investor Relations
• Very good command of English (TOEIC Score at least 800)

Responsibilities :

• Create and analyze information related to the company’s operation as well as financial performance in IR materials such as presentation, investor note, factsheet to communicate with shareholders and related investors
• Arrange IR Activities such as Analyst Meeting, Opportunity Day, Site Visit, Roadshow, and others activities involving to capital and equity market
• Prepare required document and submit to SET regarding financial result and corporate event
• Maintain up-to-date information on company's website
• Act as the company spokesman to communicate with analyst, investor, and regulator
• Provide information to company’s management and Board of Director involving stock performance, peer comparison, market perception to the company and industry
