Key Responsibilities:

Participate and lead transaction teams through the full investment cycle from initial screening of investment opportunities, execution of transactions and portfolio management
Appraisal of investment proposals, with emphasis on risks and risk mitigation, and participation in Due diligence processes
Complex deal structuring and negotiations
Manage demanding project partnerships/relationships
Participate as board member, advisory committees or investment committees
Prepare internal investment documentation to investment committee and board with support from transaction team
Financial analysis, valuation, modelling and building presentations.
Updating of portfolio management system and investment activity report

Key Requirements:

Master’s in business, Economics, Finance or equivalent with a strong academic record
Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy
Result oriented and with a structured, proactive and efficient work style
Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in languages of the mandated countries in Asia is an advantage
Expert knowledge of project finance-based equity investments, including knowledge of debt transactions and security structures
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant investing experience
Project finance experience is a must
Experience from Impact investment geographies and network among other DFIs is an advantage
