Investment Banking: Vice President / Senior Vice President

Key Responsibilities

• Develop market understandings, industry knowledge, and identify business opportunities for  products and services to the clients
• Take a lead role to execute deal transaction
• Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or Master Degree in related field is a plus
• 5-8+ years of working experience in corporate banking, investment banking, financial advisory, or any related fields
• Experience in investment banking and corporate finance will be an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals with understanding of relevant rules and regulations
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Good command of English
