Investment Banking: Associate / Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Develop of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions
• Perform various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, and Discounted Cash Flow: DCF
• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation
• Conduct preparation and review of materials including information memorandum, management presentations and pitch books
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• 0-3+ years of experience in business finance or other relevant experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-based environment
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Ability to communicate in English
