The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of inventory physically and systematically, receiving, issuing, shipping, and tracking of goods, ensuring orders are fulfilled, due dates are met, procedures are carefully followed, resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Must be detail oriented, possess strong follow up, analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize consistently.

Key Accountabilities :

• Strong experience with JDE/ERP software (Enterprise resource planning)
• Proficient in shipping with Fedex and other shipment carriers / Customs contact- by email
• Packing & preparing shipments
• Returning goods to supplier & communicating returns
• Communicating with suppliers about shipments/receiving
• Creating documents on excel & updating excels & filing paperwork
• Inventory Management, reporting & communication with HQ Team
  Contract 4 months (March - June 2021)

• Thai Nationals only 
• Excellent Excel skills
• Fast learner, ability to learn ERP system
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong English skills  – Speaking/Written/Reading
• “Can Do” attitude & exceptional communication skills
• Self-motivated and strong time-management attitude
