Job Summary:
Responsible for the direct supervision of Inventory Department in all Inventory Type (Damage Vendor, Return, Rework, Good Stock, etc). Supervises and chase up with Operations and Transport Supervisor to determining stock accuracy improvement with tangible result. Prepare cycle count and yearly stock take schedules; in term of all Inventory Type. Responsible for reporting inventory aging, location available, reconciliation, claim, and cut off.
Essential Functions:
- Audit daily reports cycle count, PutAway Audit, reconcile and adjustments.
- Work with Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Transport Supervisor to correct the inventory inaccuracy (all inventory type) and prevent reoccurance to ensure the implementation of new strategies and initiatives effectively meet Inventory KPI and budget.
- Daily interaction with internal and external customer is required
- Assigns duties and monitors work completion for accuracy
- Manages performance continually; develops associates by providing training and coaching.
- Re-Implement mobile scanner for Picking/ cycle count to ensure Inventory Accuracy by Location.
- Stock Take Plan and Obsette Calculation.
- Maintain and update inventory control records on product since receiving until dispatching.
Scope and Accountability:
Inventory Accuracy – All inventory Type as per KPI and company budget.
Qualification Requirements:
Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree in International Business, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in Warehouse, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Experience in "Inventory" is a must
- High analytical and problem solving skill, Communication and Negotiation skill.
- Moderate in English.
- Team Management / Leadership.
- Excellent customer interface experience and problem solving skill.
- Ability to motivate and work in a fast moving, pressure environment.
- Extensive skill in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or commensurate management experience within a retail and/or distribution center environment required.
Skills:
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management
- Strong organizational and time management skills; specifically documentation of all issues, communication with customers
- Strong systems aptitude and must be proficient in MS Office application, with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Planning--Strategic and/or Tactical

- Ability to lead and develop people.
- Willingness to work flexible hours with timeline management
