Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Collect primary and secondary data and analyses to improve JD Central’s customer satisfaction and understand customer behavior.
  • Perform deep analysis of customer complaints to extract actionable insights; notable trends and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
  • Assist Project Managers in initiating initiative to improve customer experience.
  • Map out user journey and UI flows, highlighting potential pain points and solutions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to synthesize findings, generate insights and answer business objectives
  • Co-ordinate with teams to actively provide suggestions for improving customer experience.  


  • Currently studying at a recognized university.
  • Affinity for critical thinking, problem solving and hands-on execution
  • Team player with a can do attitude.  
  • Displays strong responsibility and be able to do repeat work.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English written and verbal communications skills
  • Great interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
