Job Description

International Business Development Manager

Our client is a leading production of Juice and Beverage, they are looking for International Hub Managers.

Summary of the role

Comprehensive commercial management of clients in the area (s) assigned under the business strategy and the Business Plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
  • Direct professional account management activities.
  • Develop strong and solid business relationships and guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Create a tactical strategy sales plan (Service, Product/ Wave/ Region/ Country/ Segmentation)
  • Record customer data and needs
  • Attend calendar trade fairs
  • Sales quotation, offers, negotiate (conditions & delivery), close deal
  • Manage customer orders & channel incidents/complaints
  • Manage requested samples

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in FMCG & Food Processing Industry with at least 5 years handling regional or global level.
  • Technical background with strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills (MBA preferred.)
  • Pro-actively give advice to ensure customers always have the best solution for their needs. Make sure we reward customer loyalty
  • Understand consumers’ needs while picturing the whole agri-food value chain.
  • Hand-on experience on managing multi-stakeholder player
  • Excellent communicator, presenter, negotiator, influencer & problem solver.
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding monthly/quarterly and annual growth targets.
  • Superb time management skills and ability to multi-task under high pressure and time-sensitive environment.
  • Advanced sales process knowledge, i.e., territory management, transactions, legal documents, and growth models.
  • User experience level using CRM, ERP, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
