Job Description:
- Provide support to customers, answer to enquiries via phone or email.
- Handle diverse problems with skills of data collection and analysis, analytical thinking and judgment, problem solving with the right solutions.
- Review and monitor order processing, check and acknowledge customers’ purchase orders, delivery scheduling.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales figures and generate management reports as assigned as well as to maintain documents of customers’ detailed information and sales history.
- Create and identify new sales opportunities.
- Work location at Suwinthawong area
Job requirements:
- Thai National, male or female, age around 25 - 35
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering majors, or Business Administration, Marketing, Business English but with sales support experiences in engineering division.
- At least 3 years of work experiences in the business of industrial pump, or rotating machines such as motor, turbine, or industrial compressor, or plant engineering design & project consultant would be a preferable advantage.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to work under pressure, and open-minded to learn with new and challenging job.
- Detailed oriented and patient to work in the office with technical documents.
- Able and willing to work in multitasks in an effective, timely and professional manner.
- Work experience in multinational company with intercultural skill.
- Good skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, SAP.
- Good English language skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, customer oriented
- Good service minded, detail oriented and patient in handling technical document support and office work.
