  • Responsible to communicate risk policies and processes for an organization. 
  • Provide hands-on development of risk models involving market, credit and operational risk, assure controls are operating effectively, and provide research and analytical support.
  • Coordination with GM in order to ensure the operation
  • Manage compliance and credit team.
  • Review and enforce compliance with standards or regulations imposed by professional organizations or company's internal gridlines.
  • Conducting operational audit as assigned.
  • Understanding levels of potential risks and how to address each risk.
  • Able and willing to do multitasking job.
  • Supervise and coaching team


  • Age 35-45
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Finance or or related fields.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, internal control or audit function.
  • Good command in both Thai and English in writing and speaking.
  • Good computer skill and able to use relevant software when performing data analysis or quality assurance.
  • Well-organized, details-oriented, mature and excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Experience in AML, PDPA and auto leasing business would be advantageous.
  • Good adaptability and can be developed to be GM in the future.
  • Coaching, management skill and strong logical thinking.
