Job Description

จัดทำแผนการปฏิบัติงานตรวจสอบภายในให้ครอบคลุมถึงความเสี่ยงที่มีนัยสำคัญของกิจกรรมที่ระบุไว้ในแผนการตรวจสอบประจำปี

วิเคราะห์และประเมินความเสี่ยงและผลกระทบที่สำคัญที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับงานที่ตรวจสอบ

จัดทำตารางเวลาการทำงาน (Time Schedule) และจำนวนเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบภายใน ที่ต้องใช้ในการตรวจสอบแต่ละกิจกรรมหรือโครงการตรวจสอบ เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามแผนการปฏิบัติงานที่กำหนดไว้

ประสานงานกับผู้บริหารของหน่วยงานรับตรวจที่เกี่ยวข้อง เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมที่จะตรวจสอบและกำหนดการเริ่มงาน

กำกับ ดูแล สอบทานการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบภายในให้เป็นไปตามแผนการตรวจสอบที่กำหนดไว้ รวมทั้งให้คำแนะนำผู้ตรวจสอบภายใน เพื่อให้มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับงานที่จะตรวจสอบ ขอบเขตของงาน และเทคนิคการตรวจสอบที่จำเป็น เพื่อให้งานตรวจสอบบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์และมีประสิทธิผล

สอบทานกระดาษทำการเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่า ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานตรวจสอบ ผลการตรวจสอบ และเอกสารหลักฐานประกอบการตรวจสอบมีความถูกต้อง ชัดเจน และเชื่อถือได้

สอบทานและปรับปรุงรายงานผลการตรวจสอบ เพื่อนำข้อบกพร่องที่ตรวจพบ หารือ แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

จัดทำแผนการคัดเลือกเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบภายใน และแผนการฝึกอบรม พร้อมทั้งจัดทำคู่มือและเอกสารฝึกอบรม

ให้คำปรึกษา ข้อคิดเห็น และคำแนะนำ แนวทางการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบ คำสั่ง และระบบการควบคุมภายในองค์กร

ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
- TOEIC score 750
- มีความรู้และเข้าใจแนวคิดการควบคุมภายในตามแบบ COSO
- มีความสามารถด้าน Digital , Social Media, Application for big data and Work coraboration , IOT ระดับ B1 ขึ้นไป(นำมาใช้ในงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ)
