JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Academic:

• Degree/Diploma in Industrial, Process, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.

1. Experience

• 3-5 years relevant working experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Holding the position of Supervisor or Senior Technician or Industrial Eng. in Industrial Engineering
• Strong technical Industrial Engineering background.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply IE methodology and techniques to establish appropriate mfg. methods and determine it’s time standards to support factory manufacturing plan.
• Engagement with all relevant functions to ensure manufacturing methods and time standards established are deployed in a timely manner.

Perform audits on manufacturing processes, identify gaps and drive resolution.

• Creation & maintenance of materials' standards in SAP-MM/PP module (primarily: MM, WC, BOM and Routing)
• Ensure the master data are set-up and maintain correctly and updated in timely manner.
• Design and present layout of manufacturing processes, Equipment, materials and workspace to optimize space and illustrate maximum efficiency; Using Lean methodology and concept to reduce waste.

• Engagement with all relevant functions to support layout request in company, ensuring that layout meets company codes standards.
• Generation of Operation Standard Sheets for relevant manufacturing production areas.
• Participation in Lean project, Kaizen and continual improvement project from time to time.
