• Controlling workshop to ensure the achievement of quality indicator and the normal an defective operation of the quality system.
• Monitoring customer audit, certification audit, and system audit pass smoothly.
• Investigating abnormal process quality accidents and customer quality complaints, and verify and supervise the effective implementation of measures.
• Contributing production process quality improvement activities, promoted relevant departments to continuously improve quality, and implemented PDCA cycle.
• According to the requirements of the headquarters, study and promote the effectiveness of the application of quality management methods and statistical techniques.
• Participating in the promotion and confirmation of new materials, new suppliers, new processes and engineering changes.
• Training quality standards and tools for on-site quality personnel an regulars assessment.
• Regularly test product reliability, and lead the analysis and improvement of anomalies.
• Assisting QCC Team and provide methods to develop quality group activities, and implement quality improvement in an orderly manner.

• Bachelors' degree in mechanical, electronics, and other related engineering fields.
• 3+ years' experiences in quality management.
• Good knowledge and understanding of quality tools, PPAP, SPC, PFMEA, QCC, QC 7 Tools, etc.
• Familiar with quality management system, ISO9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949, QC080000.
• Handling internal auditor certificate.
• Strong communication, coordination and management, innovation and initiatives, a sense of responsibility, and hard-working spirit.
• Good command of English, and spoken Chinese.
• Experienced with project of factory improvement - the winner of Green Belt is preferred.
