Our client is a global leader in automotive products manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Finance Section Head.
• Managing and applying import-export application form to FZ Customs & BOI in order to get acceptance on the free duty of imported raw materials.
• Applying documents for BOI & FZ Customs and achieving approval to export finished goods to customers.
• Conducting reports for BOI, FZ Customs and Excise department regarding on financial & logistic topics, internal manage & support to all materials and documents movement for the import and export.
• Issuing invoice for export shipment base on standard price from Finance and follow up submission to customers.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female and age between 28-35 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related areas.
• At least 5 years' experience in BOI and Import–Export in automotive manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent in MS Excel and experience in ERP systems would be preferred.
• Good spoken and written English.
