Job Scope and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the all recruitment processes (end to end process) including new employees’ onboarding.
  • Retrieve data and identify the job requirements regarding the vacant IT positions.
  • Work with the operational team in order to identify opportunities and areas of organizational development as well as people performance, making sure employees are in line with the business needs.
  • Contribute to and support the delivery of business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Master degree in human resources or business-related field. At least 5 years of relevant HR experience gained in large complex organization(s) with multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships).
  • Ability to communicate the challenges and influence a variety of stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to and work effectively under different working environments, whether individually or as a team. Able to understand and appreciate different and opposing perspectives regarding different topics.
  • Ability to adopt new approaches in accordance with the situational and organizational changes i.e. job requirements.
  • Ability to regulate one’s own emotions, able to work well even under pressure.
  • Ability to stay committed and motivated.
  • Ability to simplify complexed problems, processes or projects into component parts, whilst being able to explore and evaluate them systematically.
  • Ability to identify causal relationships and construct frameworks for decision-making and problem-solving including transform proposals/ideas into practical reality.
