As the HR Officer you will support the HR and be the first contact for all HR . Ensure all employees and managers are provided with key information on HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Maintain employee records and updating all personnel data and files, according to policy and legal requirements.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
• Managing the employee benefits, distribute the uniform, control uniform stock and placing order.
• Responsible for managing employee relations matters.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Administrate all ER letters and documents.
• Work closely with HR Supervisor (Com&Ben)

Qualifications:

• At least bachelor's degree in related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
• Experience with HR policies and procedures dealing with a full life cycle of an employee.
• Experience with payroll calculations, payroll processes and payroll systems.
• Able to work Permanently at Pakchong, Nakhon Ratchasima
