Scope of work

Our Internal Global Mobility team provides support for PwC’s international assignment programmes. As part of our team, you’ll help with all human resource related aspects of international assignments including tax, immigration, mobility consulting, and expatriate compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Follow the global secondment policies and administer mobility processes according to timelines specified.
• Provide mobility-related expertise, consultation and cost estimates to host Business Unit heads and Business Unit Human Resources representatives.
• Coordinate and provide technical expertise on tax, immigration, social security and payroll compliance for the host country.
• Work closely with the Human Resources team to maintain an up-to-date forecast of global mobility needs.
• Coordinate with host Business Unit heads to determine assignees’ packages in mobility agreements.
• Handle operational tasks related to insurance, certified public accountant (CPA), annual health checks etc.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in inter-territory mobility and expatriate management including tax management for foreigners.  
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Knowledge of Thailand’s Foreign Labour Law including visa and work permit processes. 
• Good interpersonal skills and flexibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
