Job Description

Responsibility

  • Designing and developing training and development program based on both the organization's and the individual's need
  • Create innovation tool to support HRD program and maintain HRS tools & development program.
  • Support as a trainer for development program (Induction, Global development program, Local program) 
  • Maintains and update records of employees attendance at training courses conduct both internally and externally.
  • Summarize and prepare statistical training report for management and government.
  • Play a key role and hand on in developing and managing the HRD operations, competency, Career Path & Development ,etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Human Resources or related filed
  • Minimum 3-5 years work experience in Training, HRD or related filed
  • Excellent in Learning Management System (LMS) and HRD tools (OJT Matrix, Skill Matrix, IDP, etc.)
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English
  • Trainer & Facilitator skill are required
  • Good digital mindset, Learning Agility, Proactive and Collaboration
